
How do I Return Products?
To return products within 14 days.
- Please repack the product in the original packaging. Click here to arrange a return.
- Please do not send in any items by post as this will delay the processing of your return.
- Returned products must be as new, in an unused and resalable condition unless they are faulty, defective or were damaged on receipt of delivery.
- Damaged, faulty products and shortages need to be immediately brought to our attention. Click here to notify us of damage or shortage.
- Acceptance of returns requests for items not required after 14 working days is at the discretion of Everything Office
- Due to health and safety regulations the following cannot be returned: food or beverage goods, biscuits, coffee or water, clothing, safety clothing, footwear, safety footwear, socks etc.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within a week of the collection.
Can I exchange items I ordered in error?
Everything Office has an easy exchange service that requires you to arrange a return for the item no longer required. Then re-order the correct item.
If the item you ordered is not what you were expecting we will collect the product, free of charge.
- The product must be unopened, with any seal intact, and unused. It should be in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Printers / Faxes / Copiers / Business Machines or Computer Products cannot be resold if the original box has been opened. Therefore you cannot return a machine if you have opened the box, unless it is damaged or faulty.
- We cannot exchange or refund your product if it has been specially ordered for you.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within a week of the collection.
If you have changed your mind on a product
If the item you ordered is not what you were expecting we will collect the product, free of charge.
- We need to be advised of the item(s) that you wish to return no later than 14 days from date of delivery.
- The product must be unopened, with any seal intact, and unused. It should be in its original packaging and in good condition.
- Printers / Faxes / Copiers / Business Machines or Computer Products cannot be resold if the original box has been opened. Therefore you cannot return a machine if you have opened the box, unless it is damaged or faulty.

- You can inform us of this by clicking here to email us, please include details of the product, order number, serial number etc.
A member of our customer service team will advise you of the returns number via email, goods will be collected within 7-10 working days from date of returns number being advised and a credit issued within 14 days of the collection.
I have received a faulty item
If you receive a product that is faulty, click here to email us immediately.
- Please include in the email a brief description of the fault, a member of our customer service team will contact you shortly afterwards and arrange for the appropriate action to be taken.
- In the case of a Business Machine / Printer / Fax / Copier / Computer Product or other machine please ensure you provide the serial number of the unit which is faulty. This will be located on the unit itself or on the box it was shipped in.
- We will advise you of the returns number and re-order number via email, goods will be collected within five working days from date of returns number being advised.
